Kristen Scarlett is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensed in NY, CT VT, FL, UT, SC, NM and IA with extensive experience developing, leading and delivering evidence based behavioral health care. She co-founded Octave, a modern mental health practice, worked to established mental health services at One Medical and Atlantic Health System and currently develops and leads the behavioral health services at Galileo. She integrates wellness and research-based techniques to help patients manage various issues including depression, anxiety, insomnia, OCD, life transitions and relationships.
