I specialize in treating women with anxiety/stress, depression and trauma. Let's talk about some evidence-based skills to support you and identify faulty belief patterns that aren't moving you forward. It is important that we identify your specific needs and make a plan that supports your current state of being. Let's go beyond talk therapy for some deeper healing. While I believe talk therapy and processing beliefs systems are important, talking stays in the neo-cortex and we need to dig deeper if we are going to get to the deeper healing. I am trained in Brainspotting, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping), NMT, TF-CBT, part work (IFS), somatic practices and Havening Techniques.
