I have in-person and virtual, daytime (M-F 9am-2pm) openings for college students and young adults available. I believe in using a strength-based approach while working with you. We will work collaboratively to set goals to help achieve a better lifestyle and improve mental health symptoms. I have experience working with a variety of different presenting problems such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, women's issues, life transitions, family stressors, post-partum, loss, parenting difficulties and parent guidance.
