About

I am a clinical and counselling psychologist, registered with the state of New York. I am dually licensed in both New York and Ontario, Canada. I see individual adult clients, as well as adolescents and their parents. My work is informed by best practices and empirical evidence, and I strive to offer a safe, warm and compassionate space for my clients to explore difficult topics. I tailor treatment based on a holistic understanding of each individual that includes: genetics, lived experience, behavioral patterns, emotions, and thought processes. I work from an integrative perspective, using evidence-based practice. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) as well as mindfulness techniques.
