About
I work with teens, adults, and families navigating stress, grief and loss, caregiving challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you're a parent, new mom, educator, caregiver to an aging loved one, or simply going through a tough season—life can feel overwhelming. You might be facing anxiety, postpartum struggles, burnout, grief or loss, infertility, adoption adjustment, aging concerns, or challenges with your child’s school experience, like IEPs or behavioral concerns. You may also be navigating the emotional and practical demands of supporting aging parents or coping with your own experience of aging. View 4 Photos You’ll find a safe, supportive space to feel validated and build skills like emotional regulation, coping, and communication. I use a compassionate, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, drawing on CBT and my 27 years of experience supporting teens and families. I will meet with you right where you are at and help you grow and heal from there.
