Hi, my name is Kristen (she/her). Life is full of unexpected challenges, regardless of what path we are on. Sometimes, these challenges become more than we can handle by ourselves. My goal is to walk alongside you on your journey of life. I strive to provide a space where we can work together and safely deconstruct your stresses and alter them to fit better with you on your journey. I hope to give you the tools to access your bravery and strength that I know is in there so that you never give up on yourself. I have worked in acute mental health at an individual and group level. I am Perinatal Mental Health certified (birth and related things) and I'm under supervision to become a Registered Play Therapist.. While CBT is my main lens, I use several different treatment modalities to ensure your care is unique to you.
