Women are often faced with many challenges over the course of a lifetime. Navigating motherhood, parenting, and life transitions (even positive ones) can sometimes lead to uncertainty, anxiety, mixed emotions, stress, and feeling overwhelmed. We all deserve to have support and knowledge to help us through these challenges so that we can feel better for ourselves and for our families. Mood concerns related to pregnancy and postpartum often go unrecognized and untreated. Most often, when recognized, these concerns can be successfully treated.
