With over 25 years of experience as a therapist using EMDR, DBT, CBT and Exposure Therapy, I am passionate about helping people live their best life. I prioritize the issues that matter to you such as depression, anxiety, conflict and stress. I also specialize in complex trauma and personality disorders. Together, we will establish goals and priorities for your life and develop a plan to help you achieve this.
