Even when life looks “fine” on the outside, anxiety, depression, or trauma can create an ongoing sense of tension, self-doubt, or emotional fatigue. You might find yourself constantly overthinking, shutting down, or feeling stuck in cycles you can’t seem to break. I earned my MSW from Loma Linda University in 2010, and I help adults make sense of these internal struggles so they can begin to feel more connected—to themselves and the life they want to build.
