My approach is attachment-based, compassion-focused, and insight-oriented. Our past is not our fault, but how we choose to move forward is within our power. I am passionate about meeting each individual where they are at, to help grow a deeper awareness of self, with the goal of finding a sense of freedom and self-direction in the way you choose to live your life.
