You might look like you have it all together, but underneath, you’re anxious, exhausted, and second-guessing yourself. I help perfectionists explore what's driving these patterns so that they can reconnect with what they need. I am passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, recognize patterns that stem from past experiences, and get unstuck from emotions, beliefs, and behaviors that no longer serve them. I specialize in adolescent and adult women who experience issues related to anxiety, life-transitions, women's issues, attachment, trauma, unhealthy relationship with alcohol, and disordered eating. I draw primarily from EMDR, psychodynamic, IFS, schema, somatic, and CBT approaches. My work is insight-oriented, trauma-informed, and utilizes the foundation of the therapeutic relationship to provide safety and and meet you where you are. I enjoy challenging clients in a way that feels gentle but direct to create insight and help you achieve your goals.
