As a licensed mental health counselor, I have over 18 years of professional experience assisting individuals to overcome life difficulties. I have experience working with children, adolescents & adults. My goal as your counselor is to be a guide and mentor to help you find solutions to problems you encounter in life. My clients can expect a warm, genuine, professional relationship and are expected to play an active role in the therapeutic process. While I have experience working with a range of issues, from trauma and loss to self esteem and life transitions, my specialty areas are anxiety and trauma related issues.
