Hello! I am happy you have decided to make the first step toward positive changes and a healthier you or someone close to you. My passion is working with children and adolescents, along with their families. Whether you have a child experiencing a hard time navigating middle school or life in general, a child who seems angry for no apparent reason, or there has been a large change in the family everyone needs to work through, there are times a good place to start is reaching out to someone judgment free outside of the family/friend group. My areas of experience include trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, plus many others. My goal is to help people ages 5-16 reach an improved level of mental health and well-being. I utilize a strengths-based approach, meeting people where they are in their journey, working with the individual toward a common goal. I have worked with all age groups as a Crisis Therapist as well as ongoing counseling in an office and intensive in-home settings.
