Hello! I'm Kristi Tomlinson, a psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am passionate about helping those who are experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, and trauma by using somatic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR Therapy. From my experience, I believe people are incredibly resilient with the proper support, tools, and healing. I work with adults who want help for anxiety and trauma. This includes generalized anxiety disorder, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, panic disorder, and trauma/PTSD.
