My area of expertise is in the treatment of trauma, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, mood and anxiety disorders. My background includes working with adults and adolescents. Many times our own thought patterns or past traumas can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression, and seeking out unhealthy coping skills. By focusing on our thought process, we are able to change our feelings and behavior.
