I specialize in existential transitions, LGBTQ Affirming therapy, and trauma. As a Trans ENBY queer (from the midwest) I've had to unpack a lot of beliefs that weren't mine. I felt like everyone else knew what they were doing but me. I avoided therapy for a long time out of fear, then finally turned to it during my darkest time, not realizing it would be the very thing that gave me my life back. I realized that we are meant to evolve and we don't have to go through it alone. This includes you too. I offer online counseling and therapy in California. I use an integration of techniques. Psychodynamic can help you finally lay to rest thoughts and fears you can't stop thinking about. Mindfulness, CBT, and Parts Work (IFS) helps address old narratives. I'm certified in Attachment Focused EMDR, Somatic Attachment, and trained in Jungian Dream Analysis.
