I believe in offering a safe space for clients to share their feelings without judgement or criticism. I believe that our past and experiences all impact the person we are today and, therefore, it is important to consider how these relationships and experiences have had an impact. Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges, I help clients to recognize their strengths, build self-esteem, and develop healthy coping strategies. I believe that each client has the ability to make changes as desired and find healing.
