Searching for the right therapist is an important step in an individual's growth and transformation process. Often, my clients initially arrive in my office exhausted from "doing it alone" or "toughing it out". From our very first session, I support my clients and commit to traveling with them on their Life's journey. Together we will gently peel back the layers of anxious struggle, dysfunctional behaviors, and pain. We seek the roots of these problems and focus our treatment on healing what lies beneath them. As healing happens, I mentor my clients to reclaim areas of their life that have been lost.
