I enjoy working with people that are motivated and active in therapy. Whether the issue is at work, in a relationship, or how you think or feel about things, we can move through it with honesty, laughter, and grace. I also enjoy working with couples because a lot of change can come from partners working through issues together. Relationships are really hard so helping people navigate through the rough patches, while reinforcing the good, is especially rewarding. I also like working with teens, because we can intervene early. I think we can help teens avoid unnecessary pain later in life, if we teach them skills now.
