I work with adult women who are trauma survivors, navigating anxiety, stress, or life transitions. My ideal client wants a safe, supportive space to be seen and heard, explore her emotions, and work toward healing. She may feel stuck or overwhelmed and is looking for guidance to regain control, build self-compassion, and create healthier boundaries. I provide trauma-informed, CBT-based therapy tailored to each client. I help clients understand trauma responses, challenge unhelpful thoughts, build coping skills, and strengthen emotional regulation. Together, we work toward reducing anxiety, increasing self-compassion, and building confidence.
