As an independently licensed therapist, and the owner of Northern Bliss Counseling Services my goal is to help you create and live out the best version of yourself. I am confident that we all have this inside, but might not know how to find it. Together, we will identify your goals and values and create a plan to live congruent with these values. We will identify what is important to you in life and find a way to get there together. As a general mental health therapist, I am trained to treat and offer support for all difficulties, however, I also specialize in adolescent ADHD, trauma, addiction disorders, and faith-based counseling.
