I provide holistic counseling and specialize in grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I offer support in a safe and comforting environment to those who may be struggling or wish to explore more about themselves. I believe unprocessed trauma is often at the root of many mental health symptoms. One may develop coping mechanisms that helped them make it through traumatic experiences that they find no longer serve them. There is no shame in this, I think this shows the human spirits ability to protect itself. Processing and integrating trauma is a large part of the work on the path towards healing.
