I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is a supportive, holistic approach that is solution-focused as well. My goal is to help clients accomplish their goals, process concerns in therapy, and to empower my clients. My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, holistic-centered, solution-focused, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) focused therapy. I also use other therapeutic approaches if it best serve my clients' needs in therapy.
