I currently have openings for both in-person and tele-health sessions. I feel that creating a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for change to take place. I meet my clients where they are at with compassion, empathy and without judgement. Through development of a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship, my hope is that my clients feel heard, work to break unhealthy patterns, improve their confidence, build insight, develop new skills, discover their inner strengths and find ways to use them in their everyday life to work towards their goals. I am passionate about helping people process their emotions and relationships. I strongly believe in the people's ability to heal, as well as their capacity for change. My goal is to have a therapy practice that is client-centered and one that honors the unique experience of each client.
