I believe we all carry a bit of "performer" within us, whether that shows up in sport, at work, in our families, or in the roles we take on in serving others. I work with people who embrace that drive but also feel the weight that comes with it: stress, self-doubt, or maladaptive patterns that keep repeating. Often these patterns are rooted in old attachment wounds or unconscious ways of relating that quietly shape how we show up today. Because culture and background influence how we carry these patterns and how we heal, I work to honor and understand each client’s story as we build understanding to thrive and create lasting change.
