In 2014, I decided to take a leap and find a new way to focus and help others. I received my master's in clinical mental health and counseling from Western Connecticut State University. I'm a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the State of Connecticut. I've been practicing since 2015 specializing in addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety and ADHD. In my experience I have worked with both individuals and couples. The key I've found in helping a person find the best version of themselves is curiosity. In our first session, we'll start with a brief introduction, followed with an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you might be curious about. It is helpful to know if you've been in therapy before, what was helpful, as well as what wasn't. Next, we'll focus on what challenges you're looking to address as I create and cater a treatment plan.
