I work with adults who are living with depression, anxiety, trauma, and the physical and emotional impact of chronic pain or chronic illness. You may be newly diagnosed, navigating an autoimmune condition, or feeling worn down by symptoms that don’t always have clear answers. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore how stress, trauma, and life experiences can show up in both the body and mind—and to begin healing in a way that feels respectful of your pace. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and direct, and I value honest, collaborative work.
