I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York specializing in the treatment of anxiety and OCD, particularly when worry, overthinking, guilt, or mental loops begin to interfere with daily life, relationships, and self-confidence. Many of the clients I work with feel stuck in patterns of needing certainty, control, or reassurance—and feel exhausted by how much mental space anxiety takes up. I also support individuals navigating life transitions, including relationship challenges, family dynamics, and the pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum period.
