I am a licensed clinical social worker . My approach to therapy is client-centered, recognizing that each individual is the expert on their own experience. I walk alongside my clients, offering support and practical skills to help them navigate challenges, foster growth, and improve their overall well-being. The primary therapeutic approaches I use include Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Informed Care. I also integrate other modalities as needed to support the healing process and meet each client’s unique needs.
