I have extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients across the lifespan, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and stress management. I am passionate about providing support for individuals navigating life transitions, including career changes and major life events. As the parent of two adult children on the autism spectrum, I have a special commitment to helping caregivers of all sorts but especially those with lifelong caring responsibilities.
