In my practice I believe that it’s important to see each person as an individual, comprised of a very unique and important history. Utilizing a strength-based perspective, I focus on helping individuals identify their strengths, both intrinsic and external, and help guide them towards utilizing these resources outside of the therapy space. It’s important to me to provide a kind, warm, and judgement free zone for my clients to feel free to share open and honestly in. I also deeply trust in the healing power of nature, and on top of office sessions, I am happy to offer nature-based sessions to my clients. I meet each client where they are at, whether they are seeking to process their experience or they are looking for more concrete, solution centered help, I am happy to assist in their journey to healing.
