I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about providing quality therapy that provides you with a safe, collaborative space to learn about yourself and grow yourself. I have over 10 years of experience in the field working with individuals, families and couples and am always seeking opportunities to grow and expand my own knowledge base. I am passionate about assisting clients in navigating past traumas, life transitions and present symptoms that are interfering with where you want to be in your life. Over the years we’ve learned that “talk therapy” or insight oriented approaches just aren’t enough to find true healing. I work with you to provide therapy modalities that will help you to identify trapped emotional pain using an integrated approach to better understand your nervous system and barriers to connecting with yourself.
