I truly believe that psychotherapy is a collaboration and fostering a strong therapeutic relationship is imperative. I make it a priority to spend time building a quality rapport which helps me gain an understanding of who you are, how you receive information, and how I can be most helpful. I offer a warm, safe, and supportive environment, and incorporate modalities such as CBT, DBT, and SFBT. I strive to help adolescents and young adults identify and express emotions, navigate expectations, create identity, and live life in a more fulfilling way. My passion is working LGBTQIA+ individuals.
