I believe that successful therapy is the result of effective collaboration between client and therapist. In my practice I encourage and work with clients to find balance, improve communications and increase resilience. Many of us have not been taught how to deal effectively with the stressors and demands that impact life. I work with people who recognize that something is not working in their life to find purpose, clear direction and make positive change.
