As a therapist who sees couples, adults and teens, I believe in providing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their inner thoughts and emotions. I understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult decision, and my goal is to create an environment that feels welcoming and supportive to all who come through my door. My approach to therapy is client-centered, which means I prioritize the unique needs, values and goals of each individual and couple that I work with. I integrate a variety of evidence-based techniques and interventions to help clients work through difficult challenges and achieve greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and improved communication.
