I believe in creating a safe and trusting therapeutic setting where individuals and families are able to explore themselves and relationships. I work to encourage growth and listen to understand the unique experiences of your life. I enjoy working with a variety of concerns; such as anxiety, depression, relational conflict, and trauma. Of course, there is never a guarantee with any service, but if you are looking for someone who can provide a safe, supportive listening ear while challenging you to meet your goals. We may work well together! I am passionate about creating a safe space to nurture yourself, explore resilience, build internal strength so you can flourish outside of therapy. I have spent several years focused on trauma, building parenting skills, and understanding the child mind and behavior. With that, I am certified in treating depression and mood disorders for lasting recovery.
