I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida and owner of ALW Counseling and Coaching. I provide flexible, person-centered therapy that helps individuals realize their ability to change and overcome their challenges. If you are coping with depression, anxiety, addiction/substance abuse, or trauma I am here to help. Therapy should be effective, uplifting, and person centered. My counseling approach combines traditional therapy techniques with a practical, problem-solving approach that assists you in seeking the inner strength needed to reach your goals. I work with adults 18 and older.
