I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and women. My specialties are treating Anxiety, Depression, PTSD (trauma), Women's Issues, and Life Stressors. My clinical experience includes inpatient, outpatient and residential settings. I currently work from a Person-Centered approach as well as a Strength- Based perspective utilizing EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, and Brief-Solution Focused Therapy.
