Currently accepting clients for Intensive EMDR sessions only - Some people show up for therapy with topics to discuss, challenges to explore, and new strategies to learn.Other times, people arrive unsure where to begin or where they want to go. Some clients enter my office having never had therapy before, unsure what to expect, while others meet with me after years (or even decades) of therapy, feeling like they just haven’t made the progress they were hoping to, despite all of their efforts. No matter the case, I work together with my clients to creating a plan and a pace that feels comfortable.
