I believe everyone should feel seen and heard in an environment comfortable for them. I want to help give you the tools to learn and grow. I have over 10 years experience in clinical, substance use, and educational settings. I am passionate about working with youth, adolescents, and adults struggling with ADHD, anxiety, substance use, and emotional regulation issues. I can help those struggling through life transitions, whether it is starting college, relationship issues, or struggles in parenthood. Allow me to come along side you to address your needs and goals. Focused on meeting my clients where they are at utilizing a warm and informal approach. I am certified in DBT and trained in CBT and mindfulness. I offer Ecotherapy for those who prefer to be in nature. I offer clinical supervision for MSW graduate students, LSW, LAC, and CADC. Clinical supervision is offered at a reduced hourly rate.
