Welcome! My goal is to provide you with a safe, nurturing, and comfortable space where together we can cultivate a path toward greater life fulfillment. I honor each client’s unique journey, leveraging their strengths to build greater insight, and a life aligned with their values. My style is warm, collaborative, relational, and infused with humor. It is an honor for me to accompany my clients on this important journey, witnessing their strides toward living a life that truly reflects who they are. I believe that we all have an innate ability for personal growth, and that therapy can be an invaluable tool along the way. I am a certified perinatal mental health professional which includes treatment of mood and anxiety disorders in pregnancy and postpartum, pregnancy loss, infertility, and the transition to parenthood. I am also a "Bringing Baby Home" certified educator which allows me to support couples through their transition to parenthood.
