Listening to clients during early career work as an attorney and then becoming an analytically trained psychotherapist developed my nonjudgmental, approach to identifying and addressing your concerns. Telehealth sessions can be a safe, private, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings around medical, emotional and situational challenges in home, work, school, or social settings. Focusing on you, we develop a working partnership and create a plan to develop and work on your goals, improve your relationships with others, and increase your ability to manage stress and negative emotions more effectively.
