Hi there! Experiences from our past can lead to painful feelings and unhealthy patterns that we get "stuck" in. If you've been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or lost - having someone to support and challenge you can be helpful in getting "unstuck." My role as a therapist is to support, empower, challenge, and provide space for reflection for you to heal and connect with your authentic self. I value the relationships I build with my clients that allows for this challenging growth and empowerment to happen.
