As a psychotherapist, I provide individuals with a safe space where they will be carefully listened to and understood. Specializing in psychodynamics, I provide my patients with a warm therapeutic relationship where we will explore past experiences that may be related to current emotional distress in several life areas (relationships, family, career, parenting, eating issues/body image, health and self esteem). We will explore your presenting symptoms not as a "disease" or a "problem" but rather an insight into understanding the self and your needs in a more compassionate way. I also offer supervision to mental health professionals.
