English | español Accepting new clients. I offer a grounded space for adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and want to feel more at home in themselves. Many of my clients are neurodivergent (Autistic and/or ADHD) or living with the impacts of trauma, burnout, grief, or chronic illness or pain. When insight hasn’t been enough, it’s often because the ways your nervous system learned to protect you operate outside of conscious thought. We work at this level with curiosity, skill, and care, so responses like masking and hypervigilance can slowly soften, supporting more flexibility and choice in how you relate to yourself and others.
