I am client-centered therapist dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. I obtained my Master's degree from Rutger's University. I have years of experience working with adolescents and young adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, depression, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and working through trauma. My clinical focus is working with adolescents and young adults in college, but I am open to working with everyone!
