I am a licensed social worker (LSW) with 4 years of experience, and I have dedicated my career to helping clients feel seen, supported, and understood. I bring a calm, attentive presence to therapy and create a space where clients can explore their stories with safety and curiosity. I integrate breath work and simple yoga practices for interested clients, and I enjoy supporting individuals of all ages as they work toward healing, emotional clarity, and meaningful personal growth.
