I specialize in inner child healing from a generational lens, using a holistic approach that weaves together attachment work, nature, mindfulness, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation. Together, we go beyond just talking, we create space for your body, emotions, and spirit to support you feeling more grounded, connected, and whole.
