When we can truly embrace and explore our current circumstances, we can then courageously change or enhance our lives - be it in love, relationships, health, fitness, work, or even money. Life is filled with joyous and painful events. Some of the greatest gifts can come through the most painful events of our lives. I am consistently amazed at the human resiliency I see in the people that I support! I support clients in navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, anger, and relational stress. Together, we focus on personal growth, building self-awareness and developing tools for resilience and balance. For clients who desire it, a Christian based perspective can be integrated into the therapeutic process.
