With over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I bring deep respect for each person’s story and a genuine belief in our capacity to heal, grow, and change. Seeking therapy often comes at a vulnerable moment, and my role is to offer support, perspective, and compassion as you work toward greater well-being. I work with adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and health-related issues.
